Terms of Service

Welcome to the Allred Renovation & Design website. By accessing our site or hiring our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding and a successful working relationship between Jeremy Allred (The Contractor) and The Client.


1. Estimates and Bidding

  • Validity: All written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
  • Scope of Work: The estimate covers only the specific tasks listed. Any additional work requested by the Client during the project will be treated as a "Change Order" and billed accordingly.
  • Hidden Issues: Jeremy reserves the right to adjust the estimate if unforeseen issues are discovered (e.g., hidden water damage, electrical issues behind walls, or structural rot) that were not visible during the initial walkthrough.


2. Payment Terms

  • Deposits: For larger projects (such as Bathroom or Kitchen Remodels), a deposit for materials and scheduling is required before work commences.
  • Final Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of the project.
  • Late Fees: Payments not received within [7] days of completion may be subject to a late fee.


3. Client Responsibilities

  • Access: The Client must provide clear access to the work area and ensure that utilities (water and electricity) are available for Jeremy’s use during the project.
  • Workspace: Please remove any fragile items, valuables, or furniture from the immediate work area before Jeremy arrives.
  • Pets and Children: For safety, pets and children must be kept away from the work area while tools are in use.


4. Materials

  • Ownership: All materials delivered to the job site remain the property of Allred Renovation & Design until the final invoice is paid in full.
  • Selection: If the Client chooses to provide their own materials (e.g., specific tile or fixtures), Jeremy is not responsible for the warranty, defects, or shortages of those specific items.


5. Cancellations

  • We value your time and ask for the same in return. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a service fee.


6. Warranty of Craftsmanship

  • Jeremy stands by the quality of his work. We offer a [1-year] workmanship warranty on all labor. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, customer negligence, or the natural settling of the home.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • Allred Renovation & Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
